All sales are final. Any credits will be issued in a form of eGift Cards to No cash value or refunds to credit cards or original form of payment. 

A $25 reduction in your total refund amount applies for orders that are already fulfilled but haven't shipped. 

If your order is in transit or OUT FOR DELIVERY with the carrier, please note that we cannot process any cancellation request or provide any refund unless the shipment is physically returned to the sender. 

Request a package stop and return HERE (package cannot be out for delivery to make this request. Recipient must refuse to return).

The shipping cost is non-refundable. For any package refusals or returns, the will be a double shipping charge reduction, plus the $25 cancellation fee if the order is set for return to cover the shipping cost for both charges.
