Local Package Pick-up
If you would like some peace of mind that your shipment will not be misdelivered or left on outside while you or the recipient are out and about, let us arrange a hold for pick-up at an authorized location for you so you can pick-up your shipment at your convenience by submitting a support ticket HERE.
Due to the content of your package and the shipping restriction, please do not use Manage Delivery "HOLD AT LOCATION" option through the couriers' online system; the shipper has to call it in to make that request for you.
Please take note, once we process your request, you must follow the tracking to see when your package is available as you won't be notified when your package is ready for pick-up. Packages are held for only 5-business days and returned to us at your cost if not picked up within the required time-frame. Shipping charges are not refunded. Additionally, the person's name on the shipping label must be the one who picks up the package. They must be 21+ and provide ID to receive the package.
Change the Shipping Address
Unfortunately, address charges cannot be done when your shipment is in transit with the courier. You can either arrange a hold for pick-up at an authorize or request a "Stop and Return" so the store can update the label. Please take note additional fees will apply for the stop and return and the process will take longer as the shipment will have to go to its final destination station before it gets processed for return.
