The shipping courier will make 3-delivery attempts, so for any shipping related request such as a local pick-up or delivery issues, you must contact CraftShack Customer Support directly, or your shipment will get returned back at your cost. 


Due to the content of your package and the shipping restriction, please do not use Manage Delivery "HOLD AT LOCATION" option through the couriers' online system; the shipper has to call it in to make that request for you. Address changes is not allowed once the order is fulfilled.
