You must click on the green button that says, "TRACK YOUR ORDER STATUS" from our fulfillment email that says, "【PLEASE READ】Your order is now fulfilled", so be sure to check all email folders such as your SPAM/JUNK or Promotions for this email. 




If the link says, "This tracking number cannot be found, please check the number or contact the sender", this means your package is getting transferred to the ground facility to start the shipping process, so please allow 2-3 business days (excluded weekends and holidays ) for tracking to show travel scans.


If the delivery status says "Label Created", the ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE on carriers website will not be accurate until the delivery status shows "In Transit". Please advise that the estimated date is not guaranteed and subject to change, so be sure to track your order daily. Travel history will show movement within 2-3 business days after fulfillment.
