You must click on the green button that says, "TRACK YOUR ORDER STATUS" from our fulfillment email that says, "【PLEASE READ】Your order is now fulfilled", so be sure to check all email folders such as your SPAM/JUNK or Promotions for this email. 


If you just received your tracking and the link says, "This tracking number cannot be found, please check the number or contact the sender", this means your package is still at the fulfillment center, so please allow 24-48 hours business hours (excluded weekends and holidays ) for tracking to show travel scans.
