For service areas in California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, you will receive tracking information from the service courier GLS separately within 24-48 business hours of receiving your fulfillment confirmation email from CraftShack. So please be sure to check all email folders for your tracking details from the courier GLS. For more information about GLS shipments, please click HERE.
For the remaining states not mentioned above, you must click on the green button that says, "TRACK YOUR ORDER STATUS" from our fulfillment email that says, "【PLEASE READ】Your order is now fulfilled", so be sure to check all email folders such as your SPAM/JUNK or Promotions.
If your just received your tracking and the link says, "This tracking number cannot be found, please check the number or contact the sender", this means your package is still at the stop, so please allow 24-48 hours business hours (weekends and holidays excluded) for tracking to show scans.
